Join us for an unforgettable yoga and wellness retreat in the tranquil beauty of the Karoo. Over three days, immerse yourself in nature, reconnect with your body and mind, and experience deep relaxation through a perfect blend of yoga, guided hikes, spa treatments, and nourishing meals.

Meet Your Yoga Teacher: Kim

Kim, your yoga instructor, brings 8 years of personal practice and over 1,000 hours of yoga study. She has been sharing her passion for the past 8 years, teaching Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga.

  • Morning Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic and playful class that uses breath to guide a moving meditation, leaving you energized and invigorated for the day ahead.

  • Afternoon Yin Yoga: A slower, meditative practice that allows for inward focus, rest, and healing.

Kim’s teaching style is rooted in sharing the calm and contentment yoga brings, and she thrives on helping her students progress in their practice and discover their potential.

Where you´ll stay:

Our charming farmhouse is nestled in the tranquil beauty of the Karoo, offering a peaceful retreat within a World Heritage Site nature reserve.

With three cozy bedrooms, the farmhouse accommodates up to six guests, providing a warm and intimate setting for your stay. Guests can choose to share a room for a reduced rate, or enjoy the privacy of their own room for an additional fee.

The refreshing pool and serene surroundings invite relaxation, while evenings are magical with starlit gatherings by the fireplace and nourishing, homemade meals that bring everyone together. Whether you’re unwinding after yoga or soaking in the breathtaking views, the farmhouse is the perfect sanctuary for your retreat.

Night 1: Arrival at 5 PM

Bonfire dinner under the stars.

Day 1: Yoga, Nature & Connection
